Shipping Costs & Sales Tax

• We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders within the United States.
• No additional sales tax or shipping fees will be charged unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Shipping Locations

• We currently ship within the United States only.
• At this time, we do not ship to:
  • Hawaii
  • Alaska
  • P.O. Boxes
  • APO/FPO/DPO addresses
  • International locations

Processing Time, Delivery & Tracking

• Order Processing Time: 1–2 business days
• Estimated Delivery Time: 3–5 business days via FedEx for in-stock items.

Please note that delivery estimates begin once the order has been shipped.

• Tracking information will automatically be emailed to customers once the order has been dispatched.

Shipping Delays & Lost Packages

If your package has not arrived within 15 business days from the shipment date, please contact our support team. We will initiate an investigation with the shipping carrier (FedEx).

• Investigations may take up to 7 business days to complete.
• We understand delays can be frustrating, and our team will do everything possible to resolve the issue and make it right.
